I’m taking my workshop on the road!
So very honored and excited to return to the Dallas/Ft.Worth area where I went to college and lived many years. It’s also where I discovered real yoga….the yoga that reaches deep inside you and fill up your whole being! That yoga saved my spirit back then from deep trauma and continues to save me every day, now with Ayurveda.
I can’t believe I’ll be returning to Diana’s School of Yoga after 10 years…this time to teach!
