Winter Yoga & Ayurveda Workshops

I’m offering a Winter workshop based on the principles of Ayurveda and focused on maintaining whole being wellness in the Winter season. Students will learn easy and practical ways to incorporate Ayurveda, nutrition, yoga asana, breath work, and self care routines that will:
– reveal your unique constitution
– burn off excesses
– energize the body, mind & spirit
– empower your intuitive inner healing
– bring you back to balance
– improve immunity
You may choose from 2 Sessions, or ATTEND BOTH for a discounted investment.
SESSION #1 (includes tea & handouts):
Energizing Pranayama & Heated Yoga Practice
Fire up the body and our digestive systems with an energizing Pranayama (breath work) and yoga practice. Using breath, specific yoga postures, and drishti (gaze), we will get warmed up internally, and burn off excesses to improve immunity. You will feel lighter, energized, joyful and ready to conquer the new year!

Break & Ayurvedic Tea
SESSION #2 (includes lunch & handouts):
Intro to Ayurveda
Determine your own constitution, which will empower your intuitive healing. An introduction to Ayurveda talk includes deciphering what’s best for your constitution, daily self care practices to maintain balance, specific nutrition for Winter, and how to improve immunity in the Winter season.
Handouts on food & self care available to be taken home, and will also be emailed to you.
Questions & Ayurvedic lunch
Students will have the opportunity to ask questions during an organic & locally sourced nourishing meal that’ll fire up your digestion, made with ingredients from the Winter food list.
